Plankton Match

The following is a matching exercise about meroplankton. Meroplankton is any of various organisms that spend part of their life cycle, usually the larval or egg stages, as plankton. That's great, but what is plankton? Plankton is the collection of small or microscopic organisms, including algae and protozoans that float or drift in great numbers in fresh or salt water, especially at or near the surface, and serve as food for fish and other larger organisms. It is your job to match each planktonic stage with its adult counterpart. Be careful, appearances can be deceiving. Just because a creature looks one way in the beginning of its life does not mean it looks that way as an adult. Good luck!
