Career Starters
Career Starters, in partnership with Catapult Learning Systems and under contract with Baltimore County Office of Employment and Training, is an eight-week GED preparation and job readiness program designed to re-engage Baltimore County out-of-school youth, aged 16-18, to complete their education and choose gainful jobs and careers. Upon completion, graduates are provided with one year of job retention services, including regular contact, further training, and mediation.
